Bahge How to describe this dish? Imagine pieces of meat or seafood, floating in a sea of gluey noodles – that is the Taiwanese dish called Bahge! This image reminded us of the classical Chinese mountain and water landscape paintings, which we then used to create the restaurants’ logotype.
