Chinhuajiao is a chain of hotpot restaurants, specialised in Chongqing pepper. This kind of pepper is not so much hot as it is prickly and numbing in nature. The visual identity is based upon this pepper and elements from the Song dynasty in order to place the chain in a higher price segment.
