And A Lifetime of Secrets is what you get if you have a look inside Mr Peng’s recipe book, which we also designed for Hunan in cooparation with Preface publishing. And it is not just anyone’s secrets, it is of course from the chef and owner of Hunan. Having strong ideals of what Chinese cooking should be, he has long since convinced his customers to trust him to choose the menu for them. The appetizing photographs in the book have been taken by Paul Winch-Furness.
