O-OLAN BAR Olan is a favorite dish among Taiwanese of all ages. A variety of fish and meat balls, Tofu, blood puddings and others are slowly simmering in a light broth and eaten with a special dipping sauce. Usually found in the ever popular night markets and convenience stores, our clients’ goal was to create a classy environment to enjoy this kind of dish – The O OLAN BAR was born.
